Do you ship year-round?

We do ship year-round! However, depending on extreme hot or cold temperatures, some products may be unavailable.

How much will shipping cost?

It depends on the size and weight of the box, as well as the shipping destination. We will contact you with the final shipping quote before you pay for the order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

You can expect to receive it the following week. When the order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking information.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Every effort is made to ensure products are packed to arrive in the best condition. Some normal cracking or breakage is to be expected with delicate items such as Brittle, Sponge Toffee, and Chocolate covered Sponge Toffee. If you feel that there has been excessive cracking or breakage, please contact us.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Please leave a note for us upon checkout. You will be contacted when the order is ready for pick up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Of course! Please give us a call at 1-888-235-5552 and we would be happy to help.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final.

What method of payments do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac e-Transfer.

We do not take payment online. We will send you an email with the invoice for your order and take your payment information over the phone.

Our products are a fun and unique fundraising alternative! Many organizations and clubs order our Fudge and Brittles for their fundraising efforts with great success. Are any of your products Peanut, Tree Nut or Gluten free?

Because we have nuts, pretzels, and cookies in our facility, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are nut or gluten free.

If you have a serious allergy, we recommend not risking it.

Please give us a call if you have any allergen questions about any specific product line.

What is the “Best Before” dating on your products?

Our products do not contain added preservatives. Sugar – a natural ingredient – is also a great natural preservative. Our products will not go “bad”. After some time, the products may start to lose its moisture content or may start to get softer due to normal environmental conditions. This will not affect the taste or flavour. We recommend all of our products be kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature (21°c -23°c).

 

FUDGE

What makes your fudge different?

Our fudge is creamed by hand the old fashioned way, and we always use the highest quality ingredients.

What is ‘Creaming’ Fudge?

‘Creaming’ Fudge is the technique of blending ingredients, usually sugar and butter. After our Fudge is properly cooked in Copper Kettles, we pour the hot mixture onto large marble tables. On these marble tables the ‘creaming process’ occurs. We continually – by hand and with wood paddles – stir, turn and flip the fudge until we are satisfied with the way the fudge is moving on the table. To be clear, a lot of effort is required and it is an art. This process creates the wonderful, Olde Fashioned texture of our Fudge that we all enjoy.

Most other makers of Fudge do not make Fudge in this way but rather use a more simplified ‘Pan Poured Method’, usually using machinery and powdered ingredients, that does not include a ‘creaming process’. We believe that shortcuts should not be taken. We honour the Olde Fashioned method of Copper Kettle Fudge made on marble tables.

Is your fudge soft or hard?

Each piece of fudge, that we produce, is specially prepared to reflect the finest available.  With the many types of fudge that are available in the market from firm, grainy, sugary to very soft, doughy, gooey, we try to satisfy with a medium texture.

How do I store the fudge?

Our fudge is happiest at room temperature – it will maintain its consistency on the counter in a sealed container or bag for the 3 month shelf life. After that, it may start to dry out.

You can freeze the fudge for up to a year. To thaw – place in the fridge for 24 hours then at room temperature.

Refrigerating the fudge may dry it out.

 

BRITTLE

What makes your Brittles different?

Our Brittles are peeled! Yes, the bubbling hot batch is actually flipped and peeled. Not only to reveal the look of our World Famous Brittles, but also to make them gentle to the teeth and yummy to the tummy. They crunch, crumble and melt in your mouth.

Our brittles are made with only the best, yet simple, ingredients – nuts, seeds, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and baking soda!
